Workspace design - enhance the employee experience

Webinar: Come together – the design that will define the future of the office

LOM recently sponsored a Bisnow webinar on the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown on the office and how to enhance the employee experience in both the short and long term.

Offices are going to become more experimental as we transition back to working in them. In the short term, generous office space is needed to enable social distancing. But with more people working from home going forward, there will be surplus space which gives occupiers the opportunity to test more agile working formats and create workplaces that act as social hubs for staff interaction.

Hear from a panel of workplace experts on what low-cost design adaptations occupiers could be making now to support a return to the office and ways to enhance the employee experience and satisfaction.
