A striking design for a new mixed use development at a high profile site in London adjacent to the M4 motorway at Chiswick Roundabout. The proposal incorporates two contrasting wings, one with clear glass elevations, and the other in a distinctive textured titanium finish. As a mid-rise building, the scheme nonetheless seeks to provide a landmark architectural presence.
The proposals have been taken through public and statutory consultation and approval processes, and have now been granted full planning permission with support from the local planning committee, the Greater London Authority, CABE and other interest groups.
