LOM architecture and design has been shortlisted for the AJ120 Employer of the Year Award, in addition to making its début in the AJ120 this year, as one of the UK’s largest architecture practices.
LOM is one of eight architecture practices in the running for Employer of the Year alongside industry leaders such as Make and Hawkins/Brown and considers staff satisfaction, workplace culture and employee benefits, among other criteria.
Simon Marett, Director, LOM said: “As a fast growing, people oriented practice we are really delighted to be shortlisted for the AJ120 Employer of the Year Award. This reflects our friendly and flexible working culture, and the work environment at our new studio in the heart of Shoreditch. We are very proud of our great team of architects and designers, and look forward to meeting the award judges.”
The AJ120 survey has been the definitive record of the UK’s largest practices for the past 20 years and recognises and rewards achievements made by these firms each year. Published annually since 1995, the survey offers a timely snapshot of the profession over the previous calendar year and measures the level of optimism among practices for the year to come.
