LOM build a slice of the V&As Gingerbread City

LOM’s gingerbread enthusiasts worked very hard to create our vibrant and imaginative ‘Stackopolis,’ for this year’s Gingerbread City exhibition at the V&A in London, created and organised by the Museum of Architecture. Our 3-storey ‘sweetopia’ of  marbled climbing wall, candy cane bridges, chocolate buttons and skittles roof features liquorice solar panels that ‘power’ the building’s heating and lighting adding a sustainable note to the future city.

The exhibition aims to connect the public with architecture during the holiday season. Now in its third year, this edition of the Gingerbread City has the theme of ‘Imagining the Future City’. The exhibition runs until the 6th January and tickets can be purchased here: https://www.vam.ac.uk/exhibitions/the-museum-of-architectures-gingerbread-city
