LOM gets creative for Clerkenwell Design Week

Finsbury Business Centre has been transformed for Clerkenwell Design Week (24-26 May 2016) with a graphic installation designed by local studios including LOM, together with ABC Imaging.

Ten windows have been transformed into canvases reflecting the theme of ‘craftsmanship’ with each studio designing a letter to spell ‘creativity.’ Our graphic designer Flora Cox explains: “The LOM window focuses on illustration as a creative discipline and celebrates architectural concept sketches.”

Last year over 35,000 people attended Clerkenwell Design Week across three days drawn to the local showrooms, exhibitions and installations. The Finsbury Business Centre installation marks an important route between this year’s eight exhibition sites linking ‘Platform’ – an exhibition highlighting the work of young designers – and ‘Design Fields’ – a major new show hosted on Spa Fields.
