We’re thrilled to see teams from Santander UK moving into their new HQ, Unity Place – the cutting-edge new building and beautiful interior both designed by our team at LOM architecture and design. While colleagues start to test the new space, work is continuing to complete the wide range of amenities across Unity Place in preparation for the official opening. In a few weeks’ time the building will be fully occupied, providing a home base for up to 6,000 Santander employees.
The state-of-the-art building delivers a new kind of workplace, set in the business district of Central Milton Keynes. Unity Place is a new home for digital banking innovation that nurtures collaboration and wellbeing and enhances the local area by providing a range of public amenities; urban food market, shops, auditorium, community hall, health and fitness suite, and co-working spaces for small businesses, start-ups and students.
Alongside great public amenities, Unity Place will provide best-in-class flexible workspace – all contributing to productivity, engagement and staff retention. Santander UK is paving the way with this new workplace, and we are excited to see the building come to life.
