LOM worked with Crest Nicholson’s regeneration team, design team and planning consultants Foddy Consult to gain planning consent to transform a disused five storey office building in Reading, creating nine floors of residential accommodation.
Kennet House was a prominent 1960s office block on the waterside in central Reading which had fallen into disrepair and lay vacant. Crest Nicholson have extended and refurbished Kennet House as a high quality apartment building, providing 103 new homes for the community.
