The vision for the Morrisons Academy was to create an innovative and engaging space of 560sqm at the Hilmore House HQ that will deliver a refreshed curriculum and demonstrate ‘The Morrisons way’ to all.
The new space will be for all colleagues across the offices that will be used for a range of learning, development and engagement activities for best day inductions, graduate training, functional and technical skills training, leadership and behavioural training days.
