LOM is working with Galliard Homes and Princeton on proposals for a mixed-use, co-living led development in Hounslow, West London. The vision for the development at 1-3 Bath Road is to create quality homes for young flatsharers and make a positive contribution to the development of Hounslow town centre.
Co-living is a form of build-to-rent housing that aims to create an active community by providing living accommodation alongside shared amenities for working, socialising and relaxing.
The proposed 15-storey building will provide professionally managed accommodation consisting of studios and shared spaces. Each studio is carefully considered to create quality personal living space consisting of a bedroom, living space and ensuite bathroom. Residents also have access to a wide range of managed shared spaces. These include the lobby and concierge, working space and a library, lounges and event spaces, communal kitchens, gym, laundrette, games room and roof terraces.
