Karla Roman
We are all devastated by the loss of our dear friend and colleague Karla Roman, who was killed while cycling to work on Monday. Karla was a highly talented designer who had worked with LOM for two years on projects in the UK, Middle East and Africa.

LOM architecture and design is proud to have helped Watford FC Community Sports & Education Trust transform Meriden Community Centre, which was officially re-opened by former England football manager Graham Taylor OBE, Mayor of Watford Baroness Dorothy Thornhill MBE; and Watford FC’s Troy Deeney, Heurelho Gomes and Jerome Sinclair on 4 November 2016.

LOM dig deep for demanding adventure marathon
Congratulations to Grant Corton, James Fellows, Chris Pyle and Silvia Valeri who completed Dig Deeper, the construction industry adventure race in the Lake District, on Friday 23 September 2016. The LOM team came 2nd in the Combined Age Over 140 category, 5th in the Mixed Team category and 18th overall out of the 39 teams.
LOM summer social makes a splash
Team LOM avoided the torrential rain in London on 16 September and headed to the Forest of Dean as part of our Summer Social 2016. Thirty two of us took to the waters of the River Wye in canoes paddling more than 20 miles, over two days, through the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
